BEAT LEASING POLICY-These recordings can be distributed for up to a 5 mouth period. Once that period has ended you must lease for another 5 month period. You may use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos as well as commercial use. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads within the initial lease term. You must however give full credit to the seller Black Maserati on all commercial recordings.. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased. Beats may not be resold by the buyer to other artists, labels etc under any circumstances. Sync rights for television uses are not granted unless strictly pertaining to your “Music Video” being played on television. Instrumentals cannot be re-sold as-is (with-out vocals and original song composition) for background or sound-bed music for television or film in any capacity unless pre-approved by BLACK MASERATI.
